You need to experiment with unproductive paths, to explore dead ends, to make space for doubts and boredom, and allow little seeds of insights to slowly grow and blossom. If you cannot afford waste time - you will never find the truth.

Previously worked for SuperAwesome (recently been acquired by Epic Games) as a lead designer in the Product team. I was a cross-functional designer working on two different products: AwesomeAds and Kid Web Services (KWS). Both unique products that tackle the ever-growing privacy issues of kid tech.
I am currently working for Pendo as a lead product designer, focusing mainly design process and design strategy within various teams and squads.
